Chetan Bhagat Brilliantly Blasted At SC’s Anti Hindu Decison Of Banning firecrackers at Delhi-NCR this Diwali

As the Supreme Court has ruled that there will be no sale of firecrackers during Diwali, author Chetan Bhagat on Monday took to Twitter to voice his opinion against the order.

The SC restored a November 2016 order banning the sale and stocking of firecrackers in Delhi and National Capital Region. A bench headed by Justice AK Sikri, while restoring the order, said: “We should see at least in one Diwali the impact of a cracker-free festivity.”

However, the SC order has not gone down well with Bhagat, who immediately tweeted that “banning crackers on Diwali is like banning Christmas trees on Christmas and goats on Bakr-Eid”.

I salute to Chetan, and question the SC, on what basis has it banned the fire crackers.
