Republic TV on Saturday accessed the full Cabinet list, which shows the induction of nine new ministers.
Ahead of the Cabinet reshuffle, six incumbent Ministers had resigned and Prime Minister Narendra Modi is expected to expand his council by inducting nine new ministers on Sunday. The ministers are highly qualified, which contributes to PM Modi’s track record of identifying and honing merit. The Ministers will now be placed in key ministries, ahead of 2019 General Elections.
Shiv Pratap Shukla is a Rajya Sabha MP from Uttar Pradesh. He is a Member of the Parliamentary Standing Committee on Rural Development. He was elected a Member of the Uttar Pradesh Legislative Assembly for 4 consecutive terms in 1989, 1991, 1993 and 1996.
Ashwini Kumar Choubey is a Lok Sabha MP from Buxar, Bihar. He is a member of the Parliamentary Committee on Estimates and Standing Committee on Energy. He is also a Member of Central Silk Board.
Virendra Kumar is a Lok Sabha MP from Tekamah, Madhya Pradesh. He has had a distinguished career in Public Service as a 6 term Lok Sabha MP.
Anantkumar Hegde is a Lok Sabha MP from Uttara Kannada, Karnataka. He is a Member of the Parliamentary Standing Committee on External Affairs and Human Resource Development.
Raj Kumar Singh is a Lok Sabha MP from Arrah, Bihar. He is a Member of the Parliamentary Standing Committees on Health and Family Welfare, Personnel, Pensions and Public Grievances and Law & Justice.
