Indian cricketer Mohammad Kaif, who has now become the poster boy of Twitter trolling, on Tuesday, once again faced the ire of users, this time for supporting the Supreme Court’s decision of putting aside instant triple talaq practice among the Muslims.
“Welcome decision by Supreme Court to declare Triple Talaq unconstitutional. Will give Muslim women security. Gender justice is much needed,” wrote Kaif on Twitter.
While most of the users appreciated his understanding and support for justice, some, however, didn’t swing by his side and asked him to not to speak in any matter without proper information or knowledge.
